Terms of Service — Datatomically

1. The service

Datatomically ("we", "us") provides a hosted database and workspace product available at datatomically.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

3. Your data

You own the data you store in your workspaces. You grant us only the rights needed to host, back up, process and display it in order to run the Service. We do not sell your data or use it to train models. You can export your data at any time in CSV or JSON.

4. Plans, trials and billing

The Free plan is free forever within its limits.
Pro trials last 14 days and do not require a payment method. When a trial ends without a payment method the workspace returns to the Free plan; your data is never deleted for that reason.
Paid plans are billed per workspace, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to the workspace owner.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to store or distribute unlawful content, infringe others' rights, send spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service's operation.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features; where a change materially reduces functionality we will give reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
