What does "workspace-based pricing" mean? ▼
Instead of charging per user, Datatomically charges per workspace. Every member of your team can collaborate in that workspace at no extra per-seat cost. You only pay more if you create additional workspaces.
Can I switch plans at any time? ▼
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens when I hit the record limit on the free plan? ▼
You'll receive a warning at 80% capacity. At 100%, you can still read and export your data but cannot add new records until you upgrade or delete existing ones. We never lock you out of your data.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education? ▼
Yes — verified nonprofits and educational institutions receive 50% off the Pro plan. Contact us at billing@datatomically.com with proof of eligibility.
Is there a free trial for Pro? ▼
Yes. Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial of Pro features, no credit card required. At the end of the trial you choose to upgrade or drop back to the free plan — your data is always safe either way.
Can I import my Airtable bases? ▼
Absolutely. We support direct CSV imports that preserve your field types, views, and record relationships as closely as possible. We also have a guided migration tool that handles Airtable exports step by step.
